About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Team Lead to drive campaigns, lead a creative team, and deliver impactful brand solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Present concepts, address feedback, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Uphold brand integrity in all creative work.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success in executing marketing campaigns for top brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Gen AI.
• Expertise in brand strategy, visual communication, and storytelling.
• Experience in team management and mentorship.
• Passion for creativity and commitment to excellence.
