About the job Franchise Manager
Our one of customer is hiring for role of Franchise Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development and performance of franchise outlets. The role is based out of Hyderabad and focuses on ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners. This position will drive franchise sales, support new franchise setup, and monitor the success and profitability of existing outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
• Identify and onboard potential franchise partners in alignment with the brand’s expansion strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate potential locations and business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
Operational Support:
• Assist in the setup and launch of new franchise outlets, including site selection, interior setup, equipment procurement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide training and operational support to franchisees and their staff to maintain consistent
service and product quality :
• Ensure adherence to the company’s operational, financial, and brand standards across all franchise outlets.
Performance Management:
• Monitor the performance of franchise outlets through key metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements to optimize franchisee performance.
• Address operational challenges and support franchisees in resolving issues promptly.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster mutual trust and collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
Brand Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional and national marketing campaigns.
• Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure franchise outlets comply with health and safety regulations, local laws, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on franchise performance, market trends, and expansion progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, QSR operations, or retail management.
• Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of QSR operations and food service industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective franchisee engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
