About the Role

As an HR Voice Assessment Intern/Executive at ABEX Excellence Private Limited, you will play a key role in the initial screening process of potential candidates. You will be provided with structured question snippets and will handle screening calls to assess candidate fit and shortlist them for the next stage. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your communication, assessment, and recruitment skills while contributing to ABEXs hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic screening calls with candidates using pre-defined question sets.
  • Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Accurately record candidate responses and outcomes in Google Sheets or other tracking tools.
  • Shortlist or reject candidates as per the provided criteria and communicate updates to the HR team.
  • Ensure professional and positive interactions, representing ABEX in every conversation.
  • Manage daily call targets and maintain call quality.
  • Skill(s) Required:

    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
    • Strong listening and conversation-handling skills
    • Professional phone etiquette
    • Ability to follow guidelines and assessment criteria
    • Basic MS-Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
    • Time management and consistency in daily deliverables
    • Prior telecalling or voice process experience (preferred but not mandatory)

    • Are from Chennai and neighboring cities (for in-office)
