Position Overview :

The Telecaller will play a key role in driving the company's growth by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. The primary responsibilities include promoting our payment solutions, answering customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role is vital in helping our customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company's payment

solutions and SaaS products.

Provide detailed information about the company's products and services, answering any

questions customers may have.

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with potential customers to ensure they understand the benefits of our payment solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Customer Support:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Assist customers with account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, issues, and potential improvements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
