Relationship Manager - Home Loan Operations

We are seeking for motivated and dedicated Relationship Manager - Home Loan Operations  to join our team.

LOCATION:Delhi NCR, Noida & Jaipur

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Easiloan Home Loan business, including strategy, market analysis, and financial planning for Mumbai.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to offer mortgage services.
• Streamline loan approval and customer service processes.
• Oversee the Home Loan process, including disbursements and Post Sales/CRM coordination.
• Ensure timely collections and manage financial institution relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and minimize escalations.
• Implement measures to prevent fraud and ensure system integrity.
• Manage external consultants to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with key sources in the assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate
• 1 to 7 years of experience in financial product sales
• Preference for candidates with experience in working with DST/DSA teams in Home Loan services
