We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager  to join our team

location Hyderabad(Madhapur)

Experience: 4-6 years

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities in utility-scale solar projects and build relationships with EPCs and developers.
  • Monitor solar tenders, prepare bids, and ensure timely RFP submissions.
  • Build long-term relationships with industry players and manage client onboarding.
  • Develop market penetration strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Coordinate with technical, design, and sales teams to meet project requirements and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of solar industry, especially mounting solutions and project execution.
  • Established network with EPCs, developers, and solar stakeholders.
  • Expertise in lead generation, strategic planning, proposal writing, and negotiation.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in proposal management, closing deals, and expanding business networks.
  • Knowledge of performance analysis and financial metrics (ROI, IRR).
  • Ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy and strong networking skills in the solar sector.
