We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team
location : Hyderabad(Madhapur)
Experience: 4-6 years
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities in utility-scale solar projects and build relationships with EPCs and developers.
- Monitor solar tenders, prepare bids, and ensure timely RFP submissions.
- Build long-term relationships with industry players and manage client onboarding.
- Develop market penetration strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and sales teams to meet project requirements and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of solar industry, especially mounting solutions and project execution.
- Established network with EPCs, developers, and solar stakeholders.
- Expertise in lead generation, strategic planning, proposal writing, and negotiation.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in proposal management, closing deals, and expanding business networks.
- Knowledge of performance analysis and financial metrics (ROI, IRR).
- Ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy and strong networking skills in the solar sector.
