Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level HR professional, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, employee relations, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2.Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
3.Manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation of personnel files.
4.Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring clear communication and support.
5.Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
6.Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing leave requests to ensure accurate records.
7.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
8.Participate in new customer acquisition by identifying opportunities, assisting with marketing initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.
Qualifications:
1.Master of Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Freshers with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
3.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
4.Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
