We are seeking for a motivated and dedicated Executive Sales-New Market to join our team.

LOCATION: Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Go-To-Market strategy, onboarding suppliers and consumers on the Biofuel Circle platform.
  • Establish partnerships with transporters and logistics providers for smooth goods movement.
  • Drive increased offtake of Value-Added Services from marketplace participants.
  • Ensure seamless integration of suppliers, consumers, and transporters into the platform.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends.
  • Optimize sales processes using CRM tools for increased productivity.
  • Ensure timely platform transactions with active participation from all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and business setup.
  • Contribute to the growth of Biofuels business and report to the Head - New Markets.

Requirements:

  • educational background PG qualification in Engineering/ Management
  • Experience in industrial sales and new business development.
  • Background in large Indian or multinational companies, preferably in boiler manufacturing, biofuels, or biomass.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry, B2B sales, key account management, and IT/enterprise software sales.
  • Ability to engage and sell to senior management teams.
  • Strong patience and perseverance.
  • Sales major from a recognized business school.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Assertive, friendly, and approachable interpersonal skills.
