Job Description:

We are looking for a Behavioral Psychology Intern to assist in research, analysis, and the development of practical solutions to behavioral challenges. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios while working alongside a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of behavioral research projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
• Assist in creating psychological assessments, reports, and interventions.
• Observe and document behavioral patterns in workplace, consumer.
• Contribute to the development of programs or solutions based on behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, and marketing professionals.
• Participate in team meetings to share findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in behavioral psychology and its practical applications.
• Knowledge of basic research methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
