Job Title: HR Recruiter 

Experience: 2+ years 

location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Understand job requirements and create clear, detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and soft skills.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and final interviews.
  • Negotiate salary expectations and finalize offers.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (if needed).
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, conversion rates).
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends for both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes post-hire.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of different job profiles across domains (software development, marketing, sales, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Ability to understand technical skills and IT role requirements (like languages, frameworks, and tech stacks).
  • Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
