Job Title: HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and create clear, detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and soft skills.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and final interviews.
- Negotiate salary expectations and finalize offers.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (if needed).
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, conversion rates).
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends for both IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes post-hire.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of different job profiles across domains (software development, marketing, sales, finance, operations, etc.).
- Ability to understand technical skills and IT role requirements (like languages, frameworks, and tech stacks).
- Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
- Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
