we are seeking for motivated and dedicated Sr. Executive Inside Sales to join our team.

Experience: 2-3 years

LOCATION: Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing to create target databases and run awareness campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify leads via tele-calling, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Organize online/offline events for product demos and value pitching.
  • Nurture leads using digital tools like case studies and product videos.
  • Engage with leads online to assess product fit.
  • Qualify leads and hand over to the sales team.
  • Record and manage customer data in Monday.com CRM.
  • Follow up with customers and sales teams until leads reach the POC stage.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background Post-graduate / B.E / B.Tech / MBA
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with procurement managers in B2B industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and systems management.
  • Fluent in English and a regional language, with the ability to engage rural and industrial customers.
  • Strong customer data management and process-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external customers.
  • Confident, assertive interpersonal skills.
