we are seeking for motivated and dedicated Sr. Executive Inside Sales to join our team.
Experience: 2-3 years
LOCATION: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing to create target databases and run awareness campaigns.
- Generate and qualify leads via tele-calling, email, and WhatsApp.
- Organize online/offline events for product demos and value pitching.
- Nurture leads using digital tools like case studies and product videos.
- Engage with leads online to assess product fit.
- Qualify leads and hand over to the sales team.
- Record and manage customer data in Monday.com CRM.
- Follow up with customers and sales teams until leads reach the POC stage.
Requirements:
- Educational Background Post-graduate / B.E / B.Tech / MBA
- Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with procurement managers in B2B industries.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and systems management.
- Fluent in English and a regional language, with the ability to engage rural and industrial customers.
- Strong customer data management and process-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external customers.
- Confident, assertive interpersonal skills.
