Desgination -  NPD - Engineering Manager

Work Location - Faridabad

Working Hours - 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development, testing, and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing new products and solutions.
• Manage personnel, project logistics, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
• Drive process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and cost reduction strategies.
• Secure necessary resources, propose capital investments, and manage budgets effectively.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and supplier engagements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and customers.
• Maintain industry expertise and stay updated on emerging trends and advancements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience, including 2+ years in engineering management.
• Strong technical expertise in calculations and analysis.
• Proven ability to lead fast-paced development and adapt to change.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
