Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate resumes based on job requirements.
• Utilize job portals and recruitment platforms to source and assess potential candidates.
• Research and analyze industry trends to improve hiring strategies.
• Support the hiring process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
• Collaborate with the internal team to optimize AI-driven recruitment workflows.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of various industries and their hiring needs.
  • Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruitment environment.
