Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Client Management Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the recruitment team.
  • Gather hiring requirements from clients and document them accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely understanding and fulfillment of client needs.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback on profiles shared and interviews conducted.
  • Maintain records of client communications and requirements.
  • Support the HR and recruitment teams in daily operations and client updates.
  • Ensure smooth and professional client interactions at all times.



Requirements:

  • Strong interest in HR and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle feedback constructively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude toward learning.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.



Internship Details:

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 5,000 to 10,000 based on performance
