Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the recruitment team.
- Gather hiring requirements from clients and document them accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely understanding and fulfillment of client needs.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback on profiles shared and interviews conducted.
- Maintain records of client communications and requirements.
- Support the HR and recruitment teams in daily operations and client updates.
- Ensure smooth and professional client interactions at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in HR and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle feedback constructively.

Internship Details:
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 5,000 to 10,000 based on performance
