Job Description

Key Purpose of the Role
Enterprise customers are the backbone of demand and supply on our client’s platform. This role will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and generating revenue from industrial customers who use biomass in their production processes.

What Key Tasks will be involved?


1. New Customer acquisition for Enterprise subscription to Industrial companies across India
a. End to end sales process from lead stage to commercial contract

2. Key Account Management for existing enterprise customers to drive usage revenue.
a. Usage review and Gap analysis
b. Driving up share of business

Opportunity
To drive sales growth for a unique start-up business

Supervision & Collaboration

The position will report to Head of Business Development and collaborate with Operating Circle Head and Head of Client Services

Ideal Candidate Profile

General Background

Experience: Industrial sales to Industrial segments

Employment History: Large Indian/ Multinational Co/ Boiler manufacturing/ Biofuels/ Biomass

Technical Competency


Knowledge: Energy Industry or Enterprise Software/ B2B sales/ Key account management/ solutions sales/ IT sales/ Enterprise sales

Any Specific Need: Ability to sell to senior management teams

Strengths: Deal Making/ negotiation skills/

Education/ Training: Engineering with Management qualification from premier institute

People Management/ Leadership


Presentation/ Communication Skills: Strong written and presentation skills

Interpersonal Skills: Assertive and friendly

Leadership Traits: Performance focus
