Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our marketing team. You will manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with content creators, and ensure authentic brand representation across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.

• Identify and engage with influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

• Coordinate collaborations, manage contracts, timelines, deliverables, and payments.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Assist in managing influencer budgets and negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
