Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growth team. This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals passionate about sales, client acquisition, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

✅ Understand client requirements and present appropriate ABEX solutions.

✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless client onboarding.

✅ Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
