Position: Online Delivery Controller
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Delivery Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process of our online orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update order records across systems (ClickUp and delivery partner platforms), tracking status, invoicing, and delivery milestones
- Manage order modifications — cancellations, rescheduling, and delivery method changes
- Monitor and verify invoice accuracy; coordinate with finance teams on order release
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to schedule shipments and ensure timely dispatch
- Communicate with customers to confirm preferences, provide status updates, and handle complaints including delays, defective items, and exchanges
- Validate customer data and plan delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, customer service, and accounting teams
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using delivery tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations
- Familiarity with online delivery platforms and e-commerce processes
