Position: Small Appliances Technician (DAP)

Job Summary:

As a Small Appliances Technician (DAP), you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining small appliances such as toasters, blenders, coffee makers (Nespresso machines...), and other household appliances. You will work closely with our customers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair small appliances according to manufacturer specifications

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on appliances

- Test and inspect repaired appliances to ensure proper functioning

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in small appliances

- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and techniques

- Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in repairing small appliances

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Must have a valid driver's license
