Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Abed Tahan, a leading retail company in Lebanon, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Beirut Governorate. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand clients' needs and provide them with the best solutions and products
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
