Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

As a senior marketing specialist,  you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Abed Tahan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies.
• Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery, i.e., message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data and highlights.
• Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
• Write and organize content for marketing collateral 
• Assist in developing marketing material to achieve target goals
• Ensure that costs stay within annual budget amount, as directed by the marketing plan.
• Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
• Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
• Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
• Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
• Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Marketing field.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
