Position Title: Online Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for selling products to customers and processing orders that are placed online, representing the brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability on all social media platforms.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Set appointments for delivery date.
- Redirect customers.
- Prepare receipts.
- Support in product listing and content development
- Timely update of stock availability for all listed products.
- Conduct price analysis via all e-commerce portals.
- Answer customers queries and provide feedback for service and returns.
- Make daily and monthly sales reports
- Work closely with the Graphic Design Team and Online Sales Team support all marketing needs & initiatives
- Maintain client records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the online sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong Product Knowledge
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
