Job Title: Product Manager Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Product Manager to support the development, launch, and management of our products. You will be responsible for conducting market research and  analyzing data. You will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, quality, and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify customer needs and market trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, quality, and profitability

- Assist in the creation of product briefs and specifications

- Monitor product performance and provide regular reports to the Product Manager

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products

- Assist in the launch of new products, including creating marketing materials and coordinating with sales teams

- Maintain product information and pricing in internal systems

- Assist in managing inventory levels and making recommendations for product replenishment

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to make informed recommendations for product improvements and new product development

- Provide support to the Product Manager in other tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in product management or a similar role

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with product management software

- Knowledge of the retail industry and consumer goods market

- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
