Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the marketing activities and initiatives at Abed Tahan. S/he conducts market research, carries out promotional campaigns, identifies target audiences and evaluates current trends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and strengthen AT overall brand through all media platforms.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing materials.
  • Track and report campaign performance.
  • Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
  • Gather insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in budget tracking and processing invoices for marketing activities.
  • Maintain Marketing Database.
  • Design and execute yearly plan for each brand.
  • Prepare yearly forecast.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
