Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the marketing activities and initiatives at Abed Tahan. S/he conducts market research, carries out promotional campaigns, identifies target audiences and evaluates current trends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and strengthen AT overall brand through all media platforms.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing materials.
- Track and report campaign performance.
- Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
- Gather insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in budget tracking and processing invoices for marketing activities.
- Maintain Marketing Database.
- Design and execute yearly plan for each brand.
- Prepare yearly forecast.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
