Stock Controller

Position: Stock Controller

Job Overview:

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for replenishing items according to the business needs and implementing purchases, audits, and transfers. S/he maintains purchase and pricing reports, and oversees shipments and internal stock transfers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all products

- Track and record all incoming and outgoing shipments

- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues

- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and sales trends

- Coordinate with the Commercial team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

-  Prepare sales reports each month for the suppliers.

-  Follow up on consignment agreements regarding stock levels, quantities and sales.

-   Solve branches issues related to stock.

-  Coordinate with warehouse and branches for receiving items.

-   Audit the invoices related to multimedia supplies and send it to the accounting department.

-   Ensure the appropriate integration of quantities on the system as per the delivery notes and transfers

-   Maintain a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.

-   Check and file deliveries monthly.

-   Coordinate with suppliers about returned products.

 -  Deal with any problem related to the supplier and Product Managers orders.

-   Compare purchase orders and purchase invoices.

-  Review daily the delivery notes related to suppliers integrated on the system and communicate with concerned party to take needed corrective action.

-  Integrate the foreign invoice on the system along with related cost

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in stock control or inventory management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer goods is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
