Position: Head of White Division

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of White Division to lead our team and drive the growth of our white goods division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of the white goods market. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, expand our customer base, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional targets

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets

- Follow up on HOS & Sales Executives daily routine activities (items availability, ease of use, displaying and pricing) within the assigned division

- Ensure the HOS & Sales Executive have the appropriate product knowledge and request necessary training from the Product Manager when needed.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Monitor stock levels to prevent item shortages.

- Report missing or damaged showroom items to the Branch Manager, Retail manager, and Product Manager, and follow up on the required action.

- Report delays in stock transfers to the Branch Manager

- Provide clients with appropriate guidance for troubleshooting purchased items

- Oversee the division's budget and ensure efficient use of resources

- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in consumer preferences to inform business decisions

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong understanding of the white goods market and consumer behavior

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
