Position: CRM Coordinator (Customer Relationship Management Coordinator)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a CRM Coordinator. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system and ensuring that our customer data is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our customer relationship management system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns and sales activities
- Track customer lifecycle stages and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with overall business goals
- Train and educate employees on CRM best practices and procedures
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to continuously improve our strategies
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics
- Help improve the customer journey using CRM insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM or customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
