Payment Condition
- Permanent : payment made after new hire successfully completed probation period
- Contract : payment made after the completion of 3-month continuous employment
Exceptional cases for NOT receiving this award
- There has been a prior referral of the same candidate by another employee within the last 6 months for the same role.
- There has been a prior referral of the same candidate by another recruitment agency within the last 12 months for the same role.
- The candidate must not be approached by TA within the last 6 months from the referral date >> Unless ABeam member can convince candidate to join ABeam (Result oriented).
- Candidates applied directly with TA via any source within the last 6 months >> Unless ABeam member can convince candidate to join ABeam (Result oriented).
- Candidates for Graduate Analyst Program are not eligible for Referral bonus >> Employees can submit CV to refer but no payment will be made.
- Senior Manager level and above, hiring manager, human resources employee and other employees specifically in charge with recruiting responsibility are not eligible for an incentive bonus award. Final decisions concerning the program and its administration are the responsibility of the TA Manager.
- Only ABeam Thailand permanent employee is eligible for an incentive bonus award.
