Job Summary:

As a member of the Talent Development Center of Excellence (CoE), this role is responsible for the planning, execution, and operational management of Employee Engagement initiatives and Learning & Development (L&D) programs across the organization.

The position plays a key role in delivering initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen company culture, and support workforce capability development. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality program execution and smooth day-to-day operations.

At the Member to Lead level, the position is expected to independently manage assigned workstreams, contribute to operational improvements and standardization within the CoE, and, at the Lead level, provide guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement initiatives such as onboarding programs, orientations, and company-wide events.
  • Deliver engagement-related programs aimed at strengthening company culture, employee connection, and overall employee experience (e.g., cultural initiatives, recognition programs, milestone events).
  • Continuously improve engagement activities by gathering feedback and proposing operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and effective execution of engagement initiatives across the organization.

Learning & Development (L&D) Operations

  • Work with teams to manage operations of company-wide L&D initiatives and training programs, from planning through execution and completion.
  • Coordinate training schedules, participant management, venues and/or virtual platforms, and training materials.
  • Maintain and update employee training records as the primary training database.
  • Monitor training execution and proactively address operational issues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers, vendors, and certification bodies.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage all required training-related documentation in accordance with internal policies and external requirements.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data related to both L&D and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through insights.

CoE Standardization and Continuous Improvement

  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of Talent Development and Engagement operations as part of the CoE.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and coordinate execution within agreed timelines.
  • At the Lead level, provide guidance and support to team members and manage assigned workstreams.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Approximately 3–10 years of professional experience in Talent Development, Employee Engagement as HR and Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Experience in training operations, project coordination, or operational execution
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis using Excel, and presentation and report creation using PowerPoint
  • Fluent communication skills in Thai and English
