About Our Financial Management And Control Team
Our Financial Management and Control, FMC Business Unit supports the CFO in companies leading the change on digital transformation, helping them move towards their goals of corporate value realization. We provide various kinds of solutions related to the accounting and finance business process and support the transformation from strategic planning to realization.
Especially in recent years, increasing corporate value using non-financial information has become a major business agenda item for companies in terms of increasing corporate value, and FMC is strengthening its consulting services in this sustainable accounting area
Responsibilities:
About the job
- Define process transformation strategy in alignment with clients strategic direction in both business and information technology
- Conduct project activity to gather current stage gathering on client end-to-end business process and operation
- Evaluate and analyze on areas for improvement in accordance with process transformation strategy, and define priority
- Develop project deliverables to demonstrate insights and realization on clients potential
- Develop proposals, presentations and publications for deal pursuits objectives
- Qualifications
- A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Finance/Accounting, Economic or other related fields
- Professional experience 7-15 years in one or more in Business process transformation or Business Process Redesign/Business Process Improvement, experiences in management consulting is preferable
- English and Thai proficiency at business level or above (Japanese and other languages are a plus)
- Good personality and presentation skill
- Practical analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work both independently within given guidelines or as part of a team
