Your Role as a Graduate Analyst:
As a graduate analyst in the GAP, youll gain hands-on experience and take on a variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Supporting interviews and workshops with clients and partners.
- Analyzing processes and gathering business and technical requirements.
- Documenting essential project materials like Meeting Minutes, Manuals, and Functional Specifications.
- Assisting with project execution, including planning, testing, migration, and go-live stages.
- Contributing to project success by ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery aligned with client objectives.
Our Recruitment Process:
Joining the GAP means taking part in a structured recruitment process that assesses your skills, drive, and potential for a consulting career with ABeam:
- Virtual HR Interview Including a case study to evaluate critical thinking (in English).
- Business Case Study Workshop Collaborate with other candidates to solve a business challenge (in English).
- 1-on-1 Interview with a Senior Manager or Director Conducted in English or Thai.
- Final Interview with an ABeam Leader Conducted in English or Thai.
