Job Summary

ABeam Consulting Thailand is seeking an experienced HR Lead (Senior Manager level) to lead the overall Human Resources function and people strategy in support of ABeam Strategy.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Business Unit leaders, ensuring the organization has the leadership capability, workforce readiness, organizational effectiveness, and culture required to achieve long-term business objectives.

The HR Lead will drive the transformation of the HR function toward a modern HR operating model consisting of HR Business Partner (HRBP), Center of Excellence (CoE), and HR Shared Services. The role is responsible for establishing sustainable leadership pipelines, strengthening future workforce capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and embedding a high-performance culture aligned with business strategy

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team on people and organizational matters.
  • Translate business strategy into a comprehensive people strategy and execution roadmap.
  • Lead workforce planning, organization design, and capability planning aligned with ABeam Strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and performance culture.
  • Provide workforce insights and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead people-related aspects of business transformation, organizational restructuring, and change initiatives.

Leadership, Talent Management & Succession

  • Build and implement talent management and succession planning frameworks.
  • Establish sustainable leadership pipelines for critical positions across the organization.
  • Drive talent review processes and leadership readiness planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and retain high-potential talent.
  • Ensure future workforce capability development aligned with business growth, consulting excellence, AI, digital transformation, and industry expertise priorities.

Organizational Development & Culture Transformation

  • Lead organization development initiatives to enhance business performance and organizational agility.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies and follow-through action plans.
  • Develop and implement culture transformation initiatives that reinforce accountability, ownership, and critical thinking.
  • Improve leadership effectiveness and alignment with company strategy.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between management and employees.

Performance, Compensation & Reward Strategy

  • Ensure performance management practices align with business goals and desired leadership behaviors.
  • Oversee talent calibration, promotion governance, and reward decision-making processes.
  • Lead strategic compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary structure, reward philosophy, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee job architecture, grading, and workforce rewards frameworks.
  • Ensure compensation practices support attraction, retention, and performance objectives.

HR Operations, Governance & HR Transformation

  • Lead the evolution of the HR operating model, including HRBP, CoE, and Shared Services functions.
  • Ensure effective delivery of HR services, policies, and governance.
  • Drive HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead employee relations and HR risk management activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • More than 15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Transformation.
  • Experience leading succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or knowledge-based organizations is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance practices.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
