Job Purpose:

To identify and develop business opportunities in the fleet sales segment by promoting and selling vehicles to corporate clients, leasing companies, and government sectors. The Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored mobility solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and approach potential fleet clients (corporates, leasing firms, government entities, etc.).
  • Promote vehicle models, features, and fleet offers based on client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and fleet tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and close fleet sales in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, aftersales) to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and service support.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of fleet trends, pricing structures, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, corporate events, or exhibitions to promote the brands fleet capabilities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries for management.
  • Support fleet clients post-sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.


    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience:

      • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or fleet vehicle sales.
      • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

    Competencies:

    • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Knowledge of fleet financing, leasing options, and vehicle specifications.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
