Job Purpose:

To create visually appealing and effective designs for various media and platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions that align with brand identity and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

      • Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, websites, and branding materials.
      • Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
      • Create and present design concepts and prototypes for approval, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
      • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project specifications.
      • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
      • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other tools to create and edit visual content.
      • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
      • Prepare and deliver print-ready files and digital assets in various formats.
      • Coordinate with printers, developers, and other vendors to ensure the accurate and timely production of materials.
      • Maintain organized and up-to-date design files and documentation.
      • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, providing input and suggestions for improving visual communication strategies.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
  • Strong visual and conceptual design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to interpret and translate client needs and objectives into effective design solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
