Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and follow-up procedures to enhance repeat business.
- Oversee the inventory of motorcycles, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to order new stock based on demand and sales forecasts.
- Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to minimize excess stock.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the General Manager.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Assist with audits and reviews of sales processes and documentation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales in Motorcycles.
Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong understanding of motorcycle market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
