Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of integration, reporting, personalization, and workflow tools including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICP), Visual Builder (VBCS), Fast Formulas, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Document of Record (DOR), and workflow configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical components across modules like Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
  • Create and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Platform (OIC/ICP) and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Build custom UIs and extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS).
  • Handle data migrations and interface development using FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
  • Create and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, and Benefits.
  • Design and implement workflow configurations and approval rules using BPM Worklist and Functional Setup Manager.
  • Configure UI personalization's using Page Composer, Sandbox, and Expression Language (EL).
  • Develop and manage Document of Record (DOR) templates and configurations.
  • Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, report issues, and data loading problems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Development.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
