We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-owned Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Pre-owned Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to customers in a professional and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Actively sell pre-owned vehicles to customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable options - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals - Assist customers with test drives, vehicle selection, financing options, and any other inquiries - Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to ensure a profitable sale for the company - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory - Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software - Valid driver's license and clean driving record We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
