The Role

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across ThoughtLeaders4's 5 specialist communities. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider commercial teams, this role is responsible for the consistent execution, optimisation, and performance tracking of marketing activity across multiple channels.

This position is well suited to a developing marketing professional with hands-on experience in campaign execution who is looking to deepen their strategic understanding within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Support the team in:

  • Helping to promote a range of key events including webinars, in-person conferences and drinks receptions, in coordination with the Event Producers & Operations Team
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing calendar across all channels
  • Deliver the weekly email plan, including copy writing, building templates, audience management, sending and reviewing results
  • Effectively manage, execute, and track the performance of marketing activity through the CRM system
  • Organise and oversee company's social media pages
  • Providing support around website updates and design, liaising with the website developers when needed
  • Support with the development and implementation of effective integrated marketing campaigns with aim to promote the different areas of the business (e.g. events, magazines, partnerships)
  • Planning and implementing projects and campaigns for product launches and promotions
  • Ensuring all content and messaging across the channels is on-brand, consistent and efficient
  • Collaborate with the Event Producer and Sponsorship Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of the event marketing campaign, from campaign planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Contribute to the overarching CRM targeting strategy to optimise audience engagement and conversion.
  • Additional on-site responsibilities as appropriate

Key Skills

  • Some marketing experience is preferrable
  • University degree or equivalent marketing qualification
  • A solid understanding of CRM and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines
  • Team player and highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Canva
