About the Role:

As part of the Circle team, you will support the Head of Production and Founders in the development and execution of the Circle events schedule across our key legal communities. An exciting and pivotal position within the organisation, this role requires full 360-degree management of Circle events. The role will play an important role in determining the pace of the Circle event portfolio over the next few years.

Held in prestigious and inspiring locations from elegant English country houses and historic city centres to idyllic Swiss mountains and luxury hotels in Europe and beyond, TL4 Circle events are exclusive, invitation-only gatherings designed for senior practitioners, curated by our Advisory Board. Each event brings together around 40 hand-picked delegates in a Chatham House style format to engage in deep, sector-specific discussion and knowledge sharing.

  • Produce and manage a combination of repeat and new circle events throughout the year
  • Work to an event production cycle ensuring key stages of event development are delivered on schedule
  • Assist in assessing the commercial viability and designing individual event P&Ls and pricing
  • Assemble high-calibre advisory boards via internal and external company research and recommendation ensuring correct expertise and influence
  • Select and invite key targeted market participants to attend circles based on Board and internal company suggestions
  • Identify and collate data from external sources including competitor events and industry rankings to help develop and refine contact lists
  • Attend and run events fulfilling on site project manager and production roles and responsibilities
  • Network and listen to discussions at events to gain information and knowledge to help drive the expansion and improvements of the event portfolio
  • Build and maintain targeted invitation databases across a variety of specialisms in collaboration with the Marketing department
  • Forge lasting relationships with Advisory Board members and attendees that add value for individual events and portfolio growth
  • Routinely analyse and record details on similarly styled competitor events
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Support the marketing and design team in proofing event collateral to guarantee the quality and consistency of materials
  • Stay current with industry developments to help identify and respond to client wants and needs.
