Business Analyst - Data Management and Protection

ABC Programme Consultants are a boutique Professional Services Consultancy, working with our London Markets Insurance Sector client on a range of business focused projects. We would like to engage with a Senior Business Analyst to provide additional support in the delivery and implementation of varied Data Management and Protection initiatives such as GDPR, Data Protection, Data Loss Prevention and 3rd Party Assurance.

The initial focus of this role is to support project delivery by ensuring all in scope compliance artefacts have been gathered and reviewed. The review will give consideration to standards such as NIST and ISO2002 and incorporate all relevant legislation. These will then be embedded throughout the organisation using BA tools such as gap analysis, interviews, workshops, user stories, wire frames etc as may be appropriate to support process change and adoption.

Future phases will continue to improve maturity in the UK including tooling specification, and the wider International roll out.

Experience Required

• Deep and detailed knowledge of the legislative frameworks in the Financial Services Sector, particularly GDPR
• Exceptional Customer liaison and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of, and the practical application of Business Analysis principles and tools
• 10 years minimum Financial Services Background, including the Insurance Sector
• Consultative approach

Start Date: Immediate preferably.
Contract length: 6 months +.
We anticipate consultants would consider themselves outside of IR35.
