Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for Customer Relationship Officer with excellent communication skills. It's an onsite job with Flexible based timings(Morning, Evening, and Night)

Responsibilities

• Managing international customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• The candidate must be intermediate / Fresh with up to 6 Months of experience.
• The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Experience in international customer support/Call Centre is a plus
