Job Title: Senior SAP PP & FVB Consultant – Textile Industry (Implementation Lead)
Location: Lahore/ Onsite
The role requires deep hands-on SAP expertise, strong textile industry experience to lead the end-to-end SAP implementation for our manufacturing operations and the ability to work closely with business users, factory teams, and technical stakeholders. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP Production Planning (PP) and FVB (Fabric / Fashion Vertical Business) solutions aligned with textile business processes.
We are urgently looking for a Senior SAP PP/FVB Consultant with the following qualifications:
Key Requirements/ Responsibilities
SAP Experience
- 3–7+ years of SAP experience in PP/ FVB module
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FVB / Fashion / Textile vertical solutions
- Minimum 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP PP/FVB implementations, specifically in the Textile or Apparel/ Garments industry
- Working on Other industry knowledge such as Packaging, Pharmaceutical and FMCG will be advantage
SAP Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP & FVB implementation for textile manufacturing units
- Good knowledge of SAP PP and FVB processes
- Perform system configuration for SAP PP and FVB modules
- Conduct business process design workshops and define AS-IS / TO-BE processes
- Ability to independently handle:
- Business requirements gathering and fit-to-standard workshops
- Solution design
- Configuration
- Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
- Roles & Authorization
- End-user training
- Migration and Cutover planning of Manufacturing
- Go-live & support
- Design SAP solutions for:
- Yarn, greige fabric, process fabric, stitching, garments, denim planning and production execution
- Textile specific Capacity planning and shop-floor control
- Identify and resolve textile-specific GAPs using standard SAP or custom enhancements
- Industry process knowledge such as spinning (simple, dyed), weaving, fabric process (bleaching, dyeing, rotary printing), stitching, denim, washing, wadding, embroidery and garments
- Strong understanding of Make to Stock and Make to Order cycle in the context of textile processes (e.g., greige/fabric/yarn, stitching, garments, denim, etc.)
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM, and FICO modules like Raw material & inventory, Sales orders, customer-specific requirements, Inspection, Product costing, WIP, and variance analysis and stocks and goods movements
- Expertise in enabling equipment/ machine integration pull and push transactions
- Good understanding and Third-party tools applicable in manufacturing
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Must be able to deliver without supervision and lead workshops and status meetings
- Multi-plant textile manufacturing experience and Barcode / RFID integration in textile operations
- Own the PP & FVB work stream independently, Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors, Mentor junior consultants and business users and Communicate effectively with factory managers and senior stakeholders
