Job Description:
Key Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Leading SAP implementation, rollouts, and support projects from initiation to closure, adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with C-Level stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identifying improvements in business processes and mapping them to SAP functionality.
- Support & Testing: Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving user issues, and maintaining documentation.
Required SAP Functional Modules Knowledge
- SAP Functional Knowledge: Business requirements into functional specifications (FSD) and configuring SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP).
Required Project Management & Soft Skills
- Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Project, ALM, or similar project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, leadership, vendor management, and excellent communication skills.
- Certification: Certification: SAP Activate Project Manager certification is mandatory. PMP certification is a plus.
