Location: Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (PK Time)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including outreach, scheduling, and coordination.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess communication, skill fit, and overall suitability.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Engage with candidates professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong skills in tech sourcing and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
