Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Work Type: Contractual (3 months extendable)

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (PK Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including outreach, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess communication, skill fit, and overall suitability.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Engage with candidates professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong skills in tech sourcing and candidate screening.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
