SAP Sales Consultant

 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced SAP Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with 3+ years of proven software sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage directly with clients through physical meetings. You will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored SAP solutions, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking

  • Visit clients on-site for face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs and present relevant SAP solutions

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to influence the buying process

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client requirements and propose customized SAP offerings

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to showcase the value of SAP solutions

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals in a timely and efficient manner

  • Collaborate with the technical team to align sales strategy with solution delivery

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress against sales targets

  • Follow up with prospects consistently through structured sales cycles

  • Track market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategy and product alignment

  • Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably with exposure to SAP or enterprise-level solutions

  • Demonstrated success in field sales and client-facing roles

  • Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to build trust and close high-value deals

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client interactions

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management systems

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Masters degree or SAP certification is a plus
