Job Description:

๏ธRespond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
Provide timely, effective solutions for hardware, software, and network issues.
Offer remote troubleshooting and on-site support as needed.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system optimizations.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Provide end-user support for software applications and IT best practices.
Track, prioritize, and escalate IT issues as necessary.
๏ธ Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and preventive measures for recurring problems.
Share knowledge and expertise with team members.

Bachelors or equivalent degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
