Solutions Architect
Job Description:
Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate Solutions Architect to join our team. This role ideally would be based in our office, but we are open to remote candidates who are a good fit. The position requires English fluency to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses. - Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
- Design and architect solutions for API management and integrations.
- Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations.
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in solutions architecture within these domains.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
