Talent Analytics Consultant

As a Talent Analytics Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Talent Analytics Team within the Human Capital Solutions department at Abacus. You will gain hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects, working with a diverse portfolio of local and multinational organizations across various industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of Compensation & Benefits projects, including salary benchmarking, pay structure design, and market trend analysis.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their compensation strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met within tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on compensation trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices in rewards and payroll management.

Requirement

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Payroll.
  • MBA (HRM) or Masters degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset.
