Inside Sales Executive

 Job Description:

Location: Riyadh (Onsite)
Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in the local market.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for lead generation.
  • Support in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to initial outreach.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored Abacus solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 01 year of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client engagement.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
