Position: Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot and debug software issues

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

- Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope

- Communicate project progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in Java development

- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts

- Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate

- Familiarity with web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle

- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
